This is an older hotel so it is a bit dated but it was clean and the service was good. Friendly staff. The bathroom needed work but is was clean. There’s lots to do here and the price was very reasonable.

Front desk was nice, room and bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. There were great food choices and a water taxi to take you around. The staff was very very helpful and kind. We have been to Laughlin four times and this was the best hotel we stayed in.

It was great for a weekend stay, there is only one place to eat late there so, beware. The cocktail servers at the machines ignored us the majority of the time, so that wasn’t great. Bell service was excellent! Jim helped us out and was on top of keeping our items available for us.

Harrahs, an ok hotel

Harrahs used to be 5 star hotel but not anymore, just ok. Rooms need an upgrade. Dirty carpeting throughout the casino and the rooms, cracked tile in bathroom. Improve the air quality in the casino for non smokers. Too many kids in the casino. On the good side, the staff is extremely friendly. The restaurants are very clean and the food is good.

Enjoyable trip overall but we ran into a few problems. The front desk never answered the phone any time that we attempted to call from the room. We checked in during a busy time and only one express kiosk was working & front desk only had two staff members, so the line was long. Plus, the line for express check in and the desk were not separate, so if you wanted to use the one working kiosk, you had to wait behind everyone else. Not a very 'express' experience at all. Rooms are just okay, we stayed in the north tower. I like that the food court was right downstairs but the rooms have no pictures, nor mirrors. Only two very small pillows per bed. Everything looked very minimalist. Great waterfront view however and the casino itself is enjoyable. Loved the restaurants and my daughter had a great time at the arcade. Most of the customer service outside of the room itself was great.

Labor Day weekend stay

Upon arrival all 3 self check in kiosk were unavailable and line was about an hour wait. Never in my life I have experienced such a line for any hotel or resort. The restroom wasn't cleaned very good. Elevators were dirty and extremely hot but the casino and room were good temperature. It had both proa and cons. Staff dowb by the beach were extremely polite especially the female with long dark hair, I forgot her name but she is a very hard worker and professional.

For the price of it to me it was fine. But I do have this against it for one the room was not ok the ac didn’t really work. Two the bedding was horrible like the pillows were just like someone threw socks in them. We did not sleep well there. Check in was great but check out was not ok. We were being charged for something we did not ask for. We did get refund but that wasn’t the point. The only thing we enjoyed was being at the beach and that’s all that was good. Room service got to get an makeover
