Avoid at all costs

Room was not ready until after 4, check in was at 3. Room was very hot, over 80 degrees and I was told AC could not be turned on due to age of building. Cold water did not work and there were stains on the bedding. Paid over $600 and I can honestly say it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Location was super convenient to SU. Hotel can be updated and a bit cleaner. The smell of weed was so strong everywhere that it was gross and overwhelming….consider splitting smokers to another area of the hotel although it was listed as a non smoking facility.

The staff were amazing. They did everything possible to make my stay the best it could be. For example, I told them my room was hot and that I enjoyed a cold room while I slept, so they gave me a fan to use for the week. Little things like that were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was great. Highly recommend staying here.

The first room had a leaking toilet, went to the front desk, they switched our room. The second room had no air conditioning. The room was very hot. We hadnt noticed till after the show we went to. We got back to the room around 1045 pm. In the morning, my wife showered. The tub would not drain, therefor i could not shower. At checkout we informed the front desk attendant. She brushed our concerns off with a smug "thansk for letting us know" response. We will not be staying at this establishment ever again.

Nice place, walking distance to SU. Clean, nice bed, good food, good shuttle service and friendly and available staff. My only issue would be the heating system was very loud. The amenities listed on this website are incorrect, they do not have a gym anymore. Other than that it's a nice little place.
