The Stay was good, however one of the meals in the restaurant was advertised as a 'Honey glazed rids' and was a single rib that was overcooked and inedible and was sent back uneaten. The restaurant did nothing about this didn't explain offer alternative or remove the poor meal from the bill, we payed the bill and left and will never eat there or stay in the hotel again.

The breakfasts were generous, plenty of fresh fruit and a help-yourself cooked breakfast with freshly cooked eggs to order. The manager, Stephen, was very helpful in providing information. The hotel is well situated for walking in the Surrey Hills.
