We appreciated the accommodating staff for a late checkout and offering orange flavored water in the lobby to refresh during the hot day. The desk staff is extremely friendly and eager to help if you need extra towels etc. we also appreciated that it was a smoke free facility and without slot machines in the lobby

I wish I got her name! The check in "clerk" was so helpful. We needed directions to a venue by not taking the interstate. She wrote some directions on a sticky note, but when we left for our concert, she stopped us and gave us a print out with the precise directions. It was amazing someone would go to such lengths to help a customer. Thank you from the both of us.

The room was great location great right off the freeway nice and very clean I stayed in a suite plenty room bathroom very spacious Gas station across the way mcdonald's albertsons grocery store all across the street just up the way you have a trader joe's cafe rio and plenty other foods to eat Whole Foods about 6 miles away, as well as sprouts very nice stay thank you 😊

The lady at the front desk was really nice when we checked in. We needed to do laundry but didn't know where the laundry room was and one of the cleaning staff gave us directions to it and even offered us more towels for our room and told us that the little area by the front desk had laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The place is literally 5 mins from where my parents live and we will definitely stay again next year when we come out to visit them.
