Its the best welcome i ever got when check in. The team is amazing and go over and beyond! The studio was super clean fully equipped and good Tv, Bed super hard, but the arrange one more matrass and great. What a support. These are great apartments a bit outside of the crazy hussle bustle of Ho Chi Minh. It was perfect for our family as it had a big space to have a break from the humidity during the day, and the pool was lovely too. It was walking distance to Ben Than market and a few other attractions. Staff were Gerry friendly and helpful. Very clean and had everything you needed. Only issue for me was it wasn’t near much for Vietnamese food but we just got taxis to where we wanted. Also, would have loved to have breakfast included.

Nice apartment though it was tricky to check in as there is more than one entrance - apartments and other rooms. It is located right by a busy road, but like any road in Saigon, we just crossed without stopping and were okay! The room is quite spacious and our bed was very comfortable.

Raymond, Nolan, and Min were extremely helpful, respectful, and responded to our needs in a prompt and courteous manner. The pool was awesome, and enjoyed the grocery options in the complex. It was easy to walk to sightsee and visit attractions like Ben Thanh Market, street food vendors (in any direction), and the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus. We would recommend this property and definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

For the price, Saigon 9 was well worth the stay. Hotel room was spacious and clean throughout. Really liked the private street, made for easy pick-up and dropoff for us. The only complaint I have is no daily housekeeping.
