The location could not be beat, and we loved our little balcony with a view. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Their process for ordering breakfast and delivering to your room is simple and lovely. We were always able to manage finding a parking spot but they are TIGHT - the more compact your car the better.

Wonderful stay! A wonderful breakfast was delivered to our room daily, the hotel was very walkable to all of the downtown areas (which is huge since parking in Newport is a nightmare), and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return!

This is a charming boutique hotel on a quiet street, surrounded by colonial homes. It is just blocks away from the Wharfs and restaurants. The rooms are loft style and spacious. Really a great location from walking to historic sites to shopping. It is a 10 minute drive to the famous Mansion area.

We loved our stay at the Mill St. Inn! We were in Newport for a wedding and the location can't be beat. Our room was incredibly comfortable and the Inn provided free parking. We also loved the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room every morning and the Sangria and flavored water in the Lobby.
