Beautiful Stay, But the Coffee Maker Was a Health

Beautiful resort, amazing service, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. Everything was nearly perfect, except for the in-room coffee maker. When I went to brew a cup, I saw a filthy, neglected machine. Old, crusted coffee grounds were everywhere, dust coated the interior, and it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was genuinely disgusting and felt unsanitary, completely out of step with the rest of the resort’s high standards. PLEASE clean the coffee makers, and this place would be flawless.

We had been here about 15 years ago, but pleasantly surprised at this place now. Our room was beautiful, well appointed with the largest lime tree we’ve ever seen right off of our balcony. We had a great time poolside fun DJ and the frozen grapes were a great touch. We will definitely be back.

Precious experience

This was part of a few days and the desert communities with my girlfriend. It was her first time actually spending time in Palm Springs and Indian Wells. Needless to say, Tommy Bahama made her extremely happy. It was absolutely fun for her, she felt spoiled and also she posted on her Instagram, but it felt like a dream and for that I’m very thankful for the property for making our experience amazing.
