Longest check in process

They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

O Hotel tem excelente localização, bons quartos, o atendimento é confuso e demorado, principalmente por ser reserva antecipada. O restaurante oferece apenas uma opção de prato do dia e pizza no jantar, a qualidade é bem razoável, pizza é ruim.

bom custo benefício

Estadia de bom custo benefício. Fica bem localizado para quem vai às compras na região central. Estacionamento um pouco caro pra quem fica muitos dias (40,00 por dia). No hotel tem um mini mercado onde é possível comprar comidas e bebidas, porém o preço é salgado. No restaurante do hotel também tem um custo elevado. Quartos são confortáveis, só senti um pouco a questão da limpeza dos banheiros. As larvas estavam saindo do ralo linear do banheiro ao tomar banho, falta de uso de água sanitária. Tive que usar chinelos para tomar banho. No mais, voltaria para o hotel pela localização e pelo café da manhã.
