Great hotel. Really clean. Huge lobby. Elevators work really fast and always available. Close to a train station. Room was nice. Room amenities were very good. There is a hair dryer, iron, shower caps, tooth brushes, facial creams, etc. highly recommend

I would stay here again. Room was in an excellent condition, had everything we needed. Must have gone through some renovation. Dining options were fantastic, loved their breakfast option. Hotel gym was very nice, new and clean.

Very big hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel is a bit outdated. The location was not in the center but you can easily get with metro to the hotel. The breakfast was great with so many choices.

This our second time staying at the Rhiga Osaka, and everything was top notch. Amenities were amazing, staff and service is great, and the lounge adds a nice experience for travellers. 10/10 would come back next time.

Beautiful property and staff were amazing. There is a mall under hotel with a convenience store and many high end shops. Just didn’t get enough time to enjoy the facilities. There was an additional charge to use the pool which is ridiculous.

Very large and nice hotel. Plenty of space in our room. The only dislikes were we seen pictures of a pool which was why we booked the hotel but later found out it’s for members only, not sure how to become one either. Also visited in March so the A/C wasn’t on only the heat so our room was very warm. Other than those two things we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is in the business convention district. Amenities and interior are too notch. Very close to typical local Osaka restaurants. There is also a very convenient shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station. Wish I knew this instead of taking a taxi to the hotel. The shuttle comes every 15 minutes.

Air condition did not work in our room

We had booked a suite and were really looking forward to our stay but were very disappointed with this hotel. The air condition did not work and we were not taken seriously by the hotel. The staff did not speek English so this may have something to do with it. We also asked for softer pillows and got «no» in response. If you Value air condition then I would not book this hotel. We ended up getting sick from the heat as this was in July.

the overall experience is good, the only thing that need to improve is the bus stop of the shuttle bus. There is no any signs or notice to show where the bus stop is in osaka station. if there is a sign in there will be much better.

Lovely hotel

This is a beautiful high-end convention hotel in a quiet area. The location is not convenient for tourists; however, taxis are always available. Down bedding is comfortable, unless there are allergies to down lol. Step-in tub does not have convenient safety handle for balance while stepping into shower. Hotel does not have public bath. The lobby and landscaping are gorgeous.
