1. I will rate the hotel on the scale from 1-5 1 is worse abs 5 is excellent. I rate a 2. 2. Linen and spreads not up to part. 3. Need to update lining and towel items. 4. No phone in the room 5. No hangers to hung up clothes. 6. Stains and marks on the walls and need be painted and repaired. 7. Stains and mold in the best room.

They gave me a room on the 3rd floor and elevator was broke … I made them give me a room on the 1st floor … that room was nasty and smelled like smoke … the front desk guy just came and sprayed some cheap spray which made it worse

You Get What You Pay For

The hotel staff and front desk folks were fine and accommodating. The rooms were a bit run down and the bathrooms were in rough condition due to rust, leaks, and day to day use. The toughest part to deal with was the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the outside areas of the hotel, which tended to drift into the rooms. Obviously the price of the rooms were very competitive, but in the end you get what you pay for.

Alternative shelter placement.

I was assigned to room 103. The door had been kicked in at some point and rehung crooked. One of the "tenants" called for help because he was placed there with no food, no way to cook food not even a coffee pot! Of course my Aunt went and bought him something to eat. An ambulance was called for him and he was removed. The towels were stained. When I asked to exchange towels I was asked to return in 30 minutes because they where washing and had no extras.

Decent place to stay but bring your own cleaners

Kitchen wasnt clean to my standards ,Fridge outside was super dirty and the two heating eyes to warm food were filthy ,needed scrubbing ..bathroom was clean and up to Code for disabled and handicapped persons bed was clean and freshly made when I arrived but the floor was sticky and nasty left my clean washcloth dirty almost black when I cleaned the floor . cabinet ls where clean inside and outand no roaches where present
