The a/c Would not work and going took a shower the hot water would continuously go cold. The bedding was all dirty and the staff was so obnoxious annoying every time we left our room we were asked are you checking out? And the food was nasty for breakfast

My stay was not great. The room smelled like mildew. The tub was dirty and the room was dusty. The breakfast food was not hot the employee brought a pan of eggs from the back they were luke warm.

There are plenty of eateries close to the hotel, some even walking distance (i.e. Buffalo Wings & Rings & Tokyo Grill Buffet). The selling point for my trip: 3 min drive from Kings Island!

Don’t expect anything great.

Check in was ok but we were told we had to put a deposit of $150 down because we booked though a 3rd party site. We had 5 in our room and when we asked for another towel, we were told they didn’t have any. Stayed for 3 days and they never had any breakfast and we were always told they had no towels. Was close to Kings Island, that was the only good thing about this hotel. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel probably close to 10 times over the years. It continues to be a clean, neat, and well-maintained hotel, with rooms that provide all the essentials. When they can keep the cost under $90 per night, I will continue to stay there on my trips to Mason, Ohio.

The pictures on the internet made the place look better than it was. We were supposed to stay two nights but only chose to stay one night. It was loud outside our room and throughout the night there was a sound that made it sound as if someone was trying to open the door. At one point the noises were so loud my child asked if our door was open.
