We had to find a last minute room for two nights. First room they gave us had roaches crawling when we entered. If it hadn’t been so late at night we would have left. Second room was ok.

Stay away from this pathetic place

This place is beyond terrible, we walked in the woman at the deck was busy talking to her friend on the phone, so we waited. The room was just filled with cigarette smell. They had a used bar of soap in a plastic cup to use & no towels to dry your hands & face with. There was a chair in the room that was all rotted. Needless to say we walked out & stayed at another hotel down the street. They refused to return our money. This site won't let us add pictures.

The facility did not look clean and there was no service at checkin desk when we arrived. We had to wait a long time with others. We all tried to call as well but with no answer. We were informed when we arrived after a long flight and then wait that they overbooked. Our room was given away. We ended up spending more on a last minute hotel booking.

Really happy we were able to stay here. There was no one to greet us at the front desk as a matter of fact we couldnt even get in the front door as it was locked. The young lady had zero remorse about not answering the phone. Very unprofessional.

So so hotel

Upon walking into the room it seemed ok bit after further inspection my husband and I were not too pleased. The barhroom mirror border was rusting as well as a part of the tub. The couch in the room was very old with leather upholstery faded away. Ppl were smoking in their rooms eventhough it was supposed to be a non smoking area. Each time a guest entered/exit their room, the doors would slam very loud. Overall, was a low decent hotel but my husband and I would not stay there again.

The hotel rep contacted at 7:30 PM to let us know that the reservation is cancelled when we were 1.5 hour away from checking in due to the kids soccer game. We had no place to go since no hotels had any rooms available for that night! The worse travel experience!

Will not stay here ever again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the room. The couch was peeling, and the air conditioning was broken, making for an overall uncomfortable stay. My room was on the 4th floor, but with the elevators out of order, the experience was memorable in the worst possible way. The poor maintenance and neglected appearance of the hotel left much to be desired. I am surprised Hotels.com has this hotel listed.

The elevator did not work. The whole establishment felt like a place where people who had nowhere else to go and crash there for a few weeks. People were up and about at 3:00 a.m. making noise. Each time a door slammed it's shook my bed. I didn't feel safe.
