Room was basic, but totally fine. Clean bathroom. Staff were enthusiastic and very helpful. The night we were there, they seemed to be short staffed, so service was a little slow. A fan in the room (given the unseasonally hot weather) was much appreciated. Breakfast was quite good.

We arrived considerably before arrival time. It took a couple of minutes to find someone, but when we did they had no problem with us parking in their lot and going for a walk before the appointed time. The room was nice, the staff very helpful and breakfast the next day was good.
We did have a bit of a challenge though finding the hotel as the part that faces the front street is a restaurant and we didn't notice a clear sign pointing us to the back.

The only real letdown was that id booked the family room for me and a friend to stay in, however on arrival was told that the family room hasnt existed for a while. No other twim rooms were available so we had to share a double bed as 2 x 40 year old men. Whilst it was ok, it wasnt ideal and having paid over £100 for the night id have expected to get what id paid for.

Very close to the coastal way, good breakfast, nice staff but bed in need of a serious update .it was a metal frame and either the mattress or the frame was very creaky. Everytime you turned it made creaky spring noise.Otherwise a very good choice

Really old pub, nicely decorated with Union Jacks for the Jubilee. Big free parking lot at the rear for customers and nice outdoor seating area. On request we were told we could leave our car there while we went to the castle after we had checked out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location near to the top of the walkway to go down to Tintagel Castle. We ate dinner in the restaurant after we arrived. Portions were huge and the food was very good. Great cider too. Breakfast was a buffet for dried fruits, juices and cereals. You could then also order off a very varied menu for a cooked breakfast too. Our room was clean and comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. Good selection of teas and coffees with a kettle in our room also. We would stay here again.

The gentleman that checks you in is super friendly and knowledgeable. He informed us what to see when we were visiting the countryside of England. And the room is clean and the staff is overall friendly and kind.

Struttura comoda per visitare tintagel Castle e fermarsi per poi ripartire il giorno dopo. Colazione abbondante e volendo anche cena senza grosse pretese.
