Euro Design Hotel was fantastic with easy access to all the tourist hotspots and also great food all around especially for families. The staff were brilliant and happy to accommodate any requests we had. We had breakfast included and it was a buffet spread which catered for all the family. Overall i will say the hotel was great and would highly recommend

My experience in the hotel started not so well since I didn’t feel welcome by the person at their reception who did my checking process, fortunately, next day, I found the nicest person at the hotel, Belin, not only apologize for the issue the day before, but help me to solve this different issues I had at that moment like transportation to different places, he really knows what customer service is and made me forget everything about the situation the night before. Belin is a person who really takes care of the customers, definitely the hotel should value people like him. She totally change the way I was thinking about the hotel and now I’ll be happy to come back.

If you are traveling to Istanbul, this hotel is THE BEST CHOICE! You have everything, amazing location, close to everything you can possibly need, super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed last summer and as long time travellers and super picky ones, we loved this place. The entire staff is wonderful, pleasant and very welcoming, from the cleaning ladies, to the always smiling lady in the breakfast lounge (didn't get her name, short with black hair), to the very helpful bell boy, Nurettin. But the most amazing ones, were the two front desk receptionists we dealt with, Murat and Irfan. They went beyond their duty to help us, answered our 1000s of questions, very eager to help and simply made our stay so much nicer! They deserve a raise :)! We will most definitely return and have recommended this place many times to our friends and family.
