At check-in, no staff were present at the front desk, and despite my request, the second guest’s name was never added to the reservation. On the first night, we were locked out of our room because the key cards did not work. For safety and convenience, it would be beneficial to have a phone available on each floor or landing to connect with the front desk, especially overnight.
The room itself also required attention: the floor was sticky upon arrival and had to be re-cleaned, and we needed to repeatedly request additional toilet paper throughout the stay.
