Cute little hotel. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. It was pretty dated in the rooms and looked like some old school porn movies were made in there for sure. The carpet throughout the whole 2nd floor hallway was HORRID. Elevator was very tiny and not even sure if it’s even ADA compliant for a wheel chair. However, it was In a great location and did have a little fridge and microwave. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay that’s not a motel 6 then this place will do the trick. Wouldn’t say it’s outstanding but definitely not bad. I’d stay there again.

The hotel had a historic feeling. Parking was easy but expensive. Nice location. I didn't like the mirror wall behind the bed, the bathroom is extremely small the door kept hitting the toilet . and there's a real musty smell to the inside of the property. This hotel boasts a brilliant location and very friendly, helpful staff. While it may be a bit dated, the generously sized rooms and charming atmosphere make up for it. The prime location was the main reason for my stay. I will definitely be staying at the Maison again.

They’re remodeling November 2025 so maybe that’s why the place smelled so bad. They really weren’t in to the present. Like why bother? Maybe that’s why the purchase was non-refundable because we would have immediately turned around and walked out. Loved the staff though. They were excellent

I wanted to find a decent hotel in Beverly Hills and found this place. Not a lot of amenities but had a bar downstairs. 3 floors of rooms with an elevator. Room was clean. Bathroom very nice. Best was so close to rodeo drive and west hollywood.

The hotel is in a great spot and was within walking distance of many high-end stores and beautiful parks. The hotel has been renovated but the overall building is old and you can tell. That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Only stayed for one night so in that sense, it was everything we needed. Staff is very kind and helpful. Be prepared to pay $45 for parking. Rooms were clean enough and I enjoyed their decoration, although the shower is somewhat difficult to get into 😂 Good food and shopping is within walking distance. Walls are pretty thin but we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds.

A Gem in Beverly Hills

The front desk staff (Judy, Jen, Ariana) could not have been more helpful. They were most accommodating of my requests. The location is great, the parking fantastic. I will stay there again.

Disappointed, not as nice as the photos

This hotel is changing ownership so it was not in top shape, paint was pealing, the hallway rug stained, a towel with a rip. The price and location were great, the bed was comfortable. The parking was an extra $45 a night, which was unfortunate and I don’t recall seeing prior to booking. Street parking isn’t possible due to parking laws in the neighborhood. The overnight staff wasn’t very warm and professional. The neighboring sister hotel offered free coffee and was so much nicer. Recommend Mosaic Hotel over this place. Had high hopes from the photos, but they were misleading.

The location is excellent. Classic old time Hollywood/LA hotel. It is not fancy, but it is classic. You can walk anywhere in Beverly Hills from there easily. You can drive anywhere in the entire valley easily.

The place was not maintained well at all. It’s in a great location and had cute room decor, but there was so much work needed. There is a terrible smell when you enter the hotel, the lobby desk paint is chipped and it felt sticky, the hall carpets are stained and bunched from age, the room carpet was shredded and torn at the bathroom entrance, the shower head could not spray all of the water since most was pouring out of the tub faucet because it was so old (like 50 years) - there was no coffee available in the hotel- I was told to go down the street to their sister property got the gym and coffee.

Nice location. No issues finding parking. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Carpets in the hotel were heavily stained. Bathroom had no ventilation and smelled musty. Hotel felt very European- old, small and compact. Bed was decent and the hotel was surprisingly quiet.
