Classy option near Tokyo station

A nice choice in Ginza - a little out of the way of the main shopping area, but a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station, so convenient if making that part of your travel plans. Excellent set breakfast with a couple of Japanese and Western options. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay

This hotel was very clean, easy to find and walk to from the Tokyo train station (about 10-15 walk), and had very friendly staff. Few receptionists spoke English, but others had translation devices. Multiple convenient stores within walking distance. Highly recommend and would return here again!

Wonderful Hotel

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was actually a little bigger than I thought it would be and I appreciated that the toilet and bath were separated. The staff was also very friendly and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning while we stayed here. The only drawback for me was they only had two machines for laundry and with a big hotel like this it was always in use so I never got to do my laundry.

Very nice hotel. It was probably more geared for businessmen coming for short stay than a couple staying for a few nights. We had to shuffle our luggage since the room was very compact with no closet. Otherwise it was a good location and felt secure.

Affordable luxury in Tokyo

Clean and spacious rooms- truly a gem for the Tokyo area. Elevators were a bit congested between 8-10am but the hotel warns about this in Japanese and English on each floor. There are direct floor 1-14 elevators (front desk is on 14th floor) which help bypass this. Breakfast and lunch offered on 1st floor and breakfast was delicious. Walkable to Tokyo Station or other close metro stops. Highly recommended for those who want a luxurious experience and something different from a business hotel for a great price.

Good enough for just a couple of days

The hotel was well kept, one of the annoying things is that the Reception is at the 14th floor reachebke with a couple of designated elevators, then to descent to the rooms another couple of elevators were needed, the rooma are quite small so 2 adults with 2 suitcases each makes the room really small because there is no space to push them under the beds, the sink is small, but the shower/bathtub are great, so it's just fine...Tokyo Dome Hotel was much better...
