BEWARE

The pictures on the site are deceiving! This hotel is very nasty and so were the staff! I got to the room already hesitate because of the smell and once I opened the door it hit me. The room had roaches, a hole in the floor and the bathroom wasn’t touched. BEWARE the site pictures will catfish you!!!

We did get a 2 check in, but while I was waiting the lady told me about an early check in fee. I asked how much she said 25.00. Now I did not mention that I am ops manager at a hotel, so I know there is no such thing as an early check in fee. The night of our stay I was eaten up by bed bugs.

Building is run down and dirty , the room had holes in the walls next to the tub and a high hole behind the bathroom door , people hanging in the parking lot all hours of the night drinking and listening to music and wandering the halls we had people bang on our door twice looking for someone else definitely not recommend and would definitely avoid at all cost if traveling alone or with children

Worst nightmare

Hotel was horrible. I travel 3 hrs to visit my son who is currently stationed at Cherry Point. When we walked in you could smell the mold. The bathroom had mold above the bathtub. Window was broken and someone could pull it from the outside, the outlets didn’t work, no fire alarm, ac didn’t work was cooler in the hallway than the room.

Don't stay here!

Very misleading pictures & mention of remodel! It was UNACCEPTABLE! Bugs on the floor, broken lamp, bathroom was disgusting!!!! I didn't even shower there. Towels were stained. The list is long. We were in town for a funeral & most hotels were booked in the area. Now we know why this place had many rooms available!

The room was not clean when we checked in. They did come and clean, but it needs a deep clean. Baseboards and window sills have not been wiped in a very long time. I used Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet night for sleeping.

I was only staying overnight but my room was full of running bugs, no blanket on the bed and stained sheets. I had to sleep on top of the covers. I needed sleep because I had to he back on the road in 5 hours, so I dealt with it. Was at least grateful to find a place with the bad road conditions at the time.

The room was filthy, shower didn’t even look clean, we weren’t even provided basic sink amenities(hand soap). The room reeked of smoke in a “non-smoking” facility. We stayed for 2 out of our original 3 night reservation and each of those two nights there was a guest that could be heard in one of the nearby rooms auditioning for American idol with a severe lack of talent until the early morning hours. BOTH NIGHTS! After leaving without finishing our 3 night stay I was charged for an ADDITIONAL night as well as an additional service charge. When I called to get it resolved instead of refunding the additional charges I WAS CHARGED A THIRD TIME! Absolutely DO NOT stay here!
