The staff was very friendly with us. The only thing that I did not like is that our key cards kept deactivating even without having them near our cell phones.

My toilet barely flushed, and my shower at one point completely stopped putting water out , and kept going from cold to extremely hot. I paid extra to get what what’s a better hotel and it was dirty. There was trash in the stairwells and the elevator made the scariest sound. I would not go back.

We arrived at the hotel at 6;15, and they had no record of our reservation. They said all the rooms were already booked (I had failed to bring my printed confirmation). Then they found my name and said it had been canceled. We were already late for our grandson's graduation, so we had to book and pay for another room.The room was adequate, though musty-smelling. The location and the breakfast were great. But someone needs to be held accountable for giving our room away!

The room was clean and comfortable while the building overall would benefit from cosmetic improvements. Breakfast was ok, but you had to present a ticket which you had to acquire from the front desk every day. Never experienced that anywhere else. Only real complaint is that I could frequently smell pot from my room which was right next an outdoor stairwell.

It was okay the bed did have some stains, the toilet would not flush so I went and complained to the front desk and they told me they would get someone to take a look at it and they did make the necessary changes. The area is not the best and I don't think I would stay here again I only stayed one night thank goodness
