Hotel was very spacious and comfy. The free breakfast was really nice too. The staff here are friendly. The bed was one of my favorite things because of how comfortable the mattress was. Only downside is that our room didn't have a microwave.

Decent Place to Stay

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were average of any typical hotel. The beds were very hard in my opinion. I cannot speak on the food as we didn't eat breakfast there. Overall I'd say it's an ok place to stay.

We arrived just before midnight for a comfortable night’s rest and a morning in Nashville before continuing on home. The clerk was prompt and friendly. Our room was cleverly organized and plenty spacious for all of us to unwind, my husband and I even enjoying the divider in the room to have time to decompress before sleeping without disturbing the kids’ sleep space. We all settled in and refreshed with ease, enjoying the high standard of cleanliness and appreciating a warm breakfast before our departure. Our morning in Nashville turned into an afternoon in Nashville as well, easily accessible from this location.

I have stayed at this hotel several times it is showing where and tear. Carpet dirty couch in the room had stains, floor in the shower dirty panel in the bedroom broken furniture just looks old.

It’s OK

Hotel room was a little dated, bathroom showing signs of age for sure. Good price for the area, but overall not the best Hyatt Place I’ve stayed at. Friday breakfast was good: eggs, biscuits/gravy, hash browns, bacon/sausage. Saturday just biscuits/gravy and eggs. Overall it’s an OK place to stay in Nashville, but lots of properties for similar price.
