Check in with automatic machine worked well but the keys did not open the door. Very frustrating and no reply on emergency phone number. After 15 minutes we found a way to open the doors

Für eine Nacht absolut ok, Automaten Check-In problemlos, allerdings funktionierte die Karte in der Nacht nicht mehr und die Option eine neue Karte zu erstellen funktionierte auch nicht. Dafür hat die Hotline bestens funktioniert, keine lange Wartezeit am Telefon und neue Karte erstellt.

automatischer Lichtschalter war defekt, offenbar bereits längere Zeit, da dieser bereits geklebt war, warum die Reinigungskraft da war, weiß ich nicht, da sie nicht sauber machte, sondern nur die Bettdecke irgendwie am Bett positionierte....
