Place was pretty old and the front desk was not very helpful and rude. We almost didn't get our room, they closed the front desk at 10pm, been traveling and we got there at 9:50pm, they were able to check us in. No trash can in the room

Please do not stay here. The pictures are deceiving. They rooms smell, have stains, and pad locks as door protection. Rooms smell like cigarettes and the ac had duct tape.

Not reliable reservation

Reserved room with 2 queen beds. Only had a room with one king bed available. Take it or leave it according to front desk. It was 9 pm and after driving for 6 hours. Not good. At least Cody, manager apologized.

Just stay away. Pretty sure this is low income housing at its best. We got what they call a suite. Outlets didn't work, refrigerator didn't work... Everything about this place was wrong. Smoke detector's gone, whole thing walls, see if your curtains... Dirty everywhere... Everywhere. Just don't. We thought it was a mom and pop motel but shame on us for not mapping it with Google Earth.

There was not staff available to get towels or toilet paper from, I had to go buy my own. Definitely not returning.

Marked safe from my stay at Tree Inn

This place is so disgusting. Where do I even start. As soon as you open the door the smell knocks you over. It is absolutely pungent and made for a terrible night breathing it in. There are stains all over the walls- some kind of mystery brown splatter. The sink wasn't even clean, there was hair and toothpaste from previous guest. The parking lot is full of tweakers and cars with the windows broken out. There are units with the door locks missing. Not only is this place foul in the worst ways, but it feels very unsafe as well. My husband joked that we might actually get murdered here. We survived, hardened and a little scarred.

8/10 Very good

Friendly efficient check in. Room was spacious and clean. Not the most modern, but perfect for an overnight stay, and close to everything. Check out was a breeze, super friendly staff. Would stay again.

It took over an hour for me to check in. The clerk was very disorganized and complained about not being her shift.

We arrived at the hotel. We asked for a room. They can’t find room for us. We wanted a king bed, but they said it was unavailable for a room. They talked to each other from us. So they told us to wait for five minutes because the room needed cleaning. So we arrived in the room.. room was so dirty. The bathroom was so messy, not clean. The sink was so messy. And the shower was so little water. The bed was so filthy. We smell smoke. We saw a cigarette on the lamp desk.

Choose comfort and friendliness!!!

I was misinformed on check in time and showed up early. The owner Alex made sure to take good care of us. He is friendly, very responsive to all his customers needs and comfort of our stay. I recommend choosing to stay here. Nice room, comfortable and affordable.

When I stayed there for the last 2 days I tried to tolerate it so I wouldn't have to go to another place again so I went ahead and made two more days reservation then I got a knock on the door by one of the staff that said that they were not going to honor expedia's price that I paid so I wanted my money back instead of giving my money back they said that I could just stay there by that time I wanted to leave and then they wouldn't give me my money back this place is so dirty I had roaches in my room I took a lot of pictures so that I could prove my point but they wouldn't even look at them because they already know it was no toilet paper or towels in my room and they said that I had to pay for the toilet paper $2 at $83 a night you would think they would give you toilet paper the smell in there was so bad me and my husband actually scrub the walls and the bathtub and wash the sheets and blanket that was on the beds I will never stay at this place again if they remodel it maybe it would look decent but like half the rooms are torn apart like they're fixing it but I hadn't seen anybody fix any of the rooms while I was there it's really bad.

Not only was the property unsafe it didn't have anything that the advertisement said we were supposed to get to queen beds and a sweet and we ended up in a smaller room with two double beds filthy as heck and roaches in the drawers the bathroom ceiling look like it was going to cave in the receptacles for the electric were all missing holes in the walls duct tape on the door and no towels no soap or shampoo no bucket for eyes and when we try to get toilet paper they wanted to charge us $2 for a roll mind you we paid $145 just for two nights and we couldn't even get a roll of toilet paper I took a lot of pictures so I have proof to back up what I'm saying the floors were so dirty that it turned my water that I brought a mop and mop bucket to clean my room a sludgy black it was so gross but last minute we had to stay but never again I want anybody that stays here to look at the rooms before you rent it because they are really really bad also a lot of suspicious activity going on here whenever I had set my husband to the office to get towels because there was no towels they did leave us one towel all the towel hangers were broken off the walls and the toilet paper holder was broken off the walls leaving holes I just can't believe how bad it was I've never stayed in a place so bad I even want to report them from to the code enforcement cuz it's dangerous and they have children that stay here the electricity receptacles were missing the covers the microwave didn't have the plate t
