I have stayed here many times its a great hotel in a good location, with great staff, only thing i would point out is the breakfast is not as good as it used to be its overcrowded not hotel fault but they organise there food better, they used to have the best bircher muesli but its not there anymore, maybe a change of chefs.Still a great hotel

Great with one little issue

Had a room on the renovated 23th floor and was very pleased with it. The staff is very nice and helpful and the grneral surroundings are great. My only issue with the hotel is the chaotic breakfast arrangement. The layout of the room and the logistics makes it busy as a bee hive.

Luxury aspirations- budget hotel reality

The Rembrandt's exceptional staff deserve five-star praise – kind, professional, and endlessly accommodating. Sadly, they're let down by the hotel itself. Moldy rooms, musty corridors, and tired facilities make this feel like a budget hotel masquerading as luxury. After four room changes just to find one that was acceptably clean, it's clear their five-star ambitions remain pure fantasy. While the breakfast buffet and service shine, you can't polish fundamental flaws. Until they invest in “real renovations” (not just aspirations), this remains a 3-star experience at best. My heartfelt thanks to the staff – you deserve better working conditions to match your excellent service.
