The staff was friendly and helpful, and the people driving the shuttle were very nice. The hotel itself seemed outdated. The couch and carpet were very stained, the “freezer” section in the fridge was just a metal piece that stuck out so I had to throw out my frozen food. The shower pressure was incredible.

You get value for money

It was a functional stay, needed to be near the airport, which this hotel was convenient to airport. It is worn out on the inside hallways, smelled like cigarettes. The staff was very polite and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and it was quiet. So overall not bad for the value.

I liked the clean linen and confortable bed, the big parking lot and the location of the hotel, very close to the airport. The person at the front desk was attentive at the beggining, but when she gave us the the room's keys she didn't explain where was the room, nor about the permission sign we have to put in the car.

Really nice staff and quick check in. Also appreciated the shuttle hours. I did not like the leaky shower resulting in water all over the floor and a rusty, gaping hole in the bathtub where the drain cover should have been. It was really gross. And the tv remote was broke so I had no choice but to watch one station. Not good.

Ok for one night airport travel

It seems to be a place for one night stays between airports. For that, it’s totally fine. We stayed 5 nights for a convention and it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. We’re usually pretty chill and easy to please, but this place was a little bit of a let down. I didn’t notice you have to pay for parking, which eliminated the bargain of the nightly rate compared to other hotels. Staff also didn’t mention it, I got lucky to have noticed. Staff told us wrong info for breakfast so we missed it the first day and when we did go, it was mediocre. Room was clean enough I felt ok sleeping in the bed, but there are stains all over the walls and ceiling, toilet paper holder was broken, shower was a bit beat up and had a little mold. It’s a fine place for one night, which is what it seems to cater to. Wouldn’t stay multiple nights here again.
