Perfect for a downtown Honolulu stay. Older building and definitely some wear and tear in the hallways needs addressed. Felt safe with the elevator being key card access only. Room was comfortable and more than what we expected with a small kitchen. Front desk staff is helpful and very lovely to deal with.

This is one of the best hotels you're going to find for the area. It's close to the public bussing system and a matter of a couple minuets from Diemand Head and Waikiki. Loved the place. Spectacular views. Location is mixed because close to hospitals, historic center, and fabulous restaurants, but Chinatown is dirty and feels a bit dangerous at night. Nevertheless, we will return, but only with some assurance that there will be water that is hotter than tepid.

There was a few issues with leaks & repairs needed which honestly interrupted my peace some. Staff were great! It was a very nice clean comfortable space! My room unfortunately was on a very noisy corner & there was construction being done in the building my entire stay so it was hard to sleep. Overall I would love to stay at this place again next visit to Hawaii.

It’s in a quieter neighborhood outside the heart of Waikiki but still close enough to easily use public transportation to get to all of the popular tourist spots. My room was on the 33rd floor and the view was unbeatable.
