Dirty room and AC not working. Interior design in the suite looks like Ikea and the suite was very worn. Cleaning was awful I stepped on glass and cut my foot. Floor was sticky from many parties and hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Mye var veldig bra! Servicen og hotellet generelt holdt høy standard. Vi fikk først et rom som dessverre ikke var godt rengjort, men hotellet håndterte det fint og ga oss kompensasjon. Frokosten hadde alt man trenger, men kunne vært litt mer spennende. Et lite minus var at bassenget kun er tilgjengelig for gjester over 15 år – noe som trakk ned opplevelsen for barna.

Veldig lett å komme seg inn i focus parkering. Bom gikk opp i henhold til reg nr på bil. Billig parkering i en by. Litt leit at vi ikke fikk ønsket rom i 2 etg som lovet, men det gikk greit. Meget pent hotell og heisene funket utmerket. Service helt på topp. Rommene var bra, men madrass på sovesofa var under gjennomsnitt komfortable. Var heller ikke mulig å få ekstra barneseng pga brannsikkerhet. Litt små rom til en 2barns familie. Ikke noe å klage på frokost. Lett å komme seg til Liseberg og videre med trikk til by. Mange fine sykkelstier utenfor hotell. Topp opphold

Rummet var ok. Inget speciellt.. ett helt vanligt hotellrum. Dock väldigt tråkig utsikt rakt på ett tak. Vi blev också bortglömda i restaurangen när vi beställde och fick vänta väldigt länge. Städpersonalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och städade när vi frågade om vi kunde få nya handdukar bara. (Vi skulle gå och sova mellan konsertdagarna vi var på.)
