Not necessarily a direct ocean access hotel but it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great location within a 10 minute walk to downtown Del Mar. Staff was friendly, amenities was good, room was clean. Only thing to work on is water pressure. Great location with great price!

You should stay here!

Loved our stay here and will return if I travel to the area again. Only thing to note for big and tall people is that the beds are double not queen. Everything was really comfortable. The food at the cafe was excellent! Easy walk to shops and variety of great restaurants. Beach is dog friendly and was a joy to walk along. Highly recommend this place.

Loved loved this hotel. I was so pleasantly surprised by the location, the cleanliness, the accessibility, the friendliness of the staff and the vibes. I’m can’t believe the price was so affordable. I’m so happy with our stay that we are returning to this same hotel next weekend for round 2 of tournament games. Staff was attentive and rooms have everything you’ll need for your stay.

It's a surprising quaint hotel that doesn't feel like a chain. Spring for the extra dollars to have an ocean view. My room had a sweet little balcony to enjoy in-room coffee and listening to the waves.
