The bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. I also found hair on the bed. It says breakfast is included, but it's just juice, horrible coffee, and a cereal bar. The service is very poor.

It took a long time to check in but they were friendly. The room was dirty in a lot of place and we didn’t have bath towels. They wouldn’t give us any extra just 2 single towels. They aren’t very big so that was tough. No elevators that I could find so stair was rough carrying luggage up.

I notified them that my shower was not working, not a drop of water coming out of the bottom spout or the shower head and I wanted to change my room. They said they will get it fixed. I went on the road all day on day 2. They never fixed it and never even entered my room to service it at all. I had to use to sink to wash up. And just left early before my stay would have ended. No body at the front desk when running the counter bell. Hotel is poorly ran and poorly managed.

The location is great very close too American dream and MetLife but the pictures did not match what this place looks like the lobby looks nothing like the pictures ,yes the rooms are remodeled but definitely needs a update on everything else.we also we're on the 2nd floor and the vending machine and ice machine did not work ,also we wanted extra blankets and were told there were no more if.if you are handicapped they're are no elevators only ramps.

On the most positive note, the rooms are very spacious, within walking distance to American Dream mall and its water parks, and the bed is super comfortable. There is a nicely sized refrigerator and a microwave oven in the room. There is also a large atrium with plenty of chairs, tables and patio couches so that the family can hang out to play cards and watch TV. However, the sink was clogged and the bathtub appeared dirty (visible hair). It's a good spot for those who need an overnight rest but I wouldn't recommend it for extended stays.
