The Hotel Jaguar staff are the icing on the cake. All of the front desk, bar, dining, shuttle and housekeeping staff were friendly, kind and very helpful to make our first visit to Porto special. The staff are tremendously helpful and they literally try their best to provide a warm service to their guests. The location is close to the airport with walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Hotel facilities are modern and room decorations are simple but elegant. Moreover, the hotel also offer shuttle service to the airport and for the city tour. It would be a wonderful place to stay in Porto.

This was a five star hotel for customer service at an extremely reasonable rate. Picked up at the airport in a Tesla, lovely reception upon arrival, fruit and cookies in room and nothing too much for the friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with a terrace, very clean and only a few minutes walk to the metro to get downtown. Top service, well done and thank you for being so welcoming. Origado!
