Check the plumbing when checking in
Well located and easily accessible. Rooms comfortable enough. However no functioning shower which only came to light too late to remedy due to tight check out time.

No facility in the hotel not even the cold drinks machine was working, unsafe due to the construction work the smell of paint and other chemicals was very bad. The bus stop very close to the hotel and only 10 minutes to the centre of Melbourne.

Old premises undergoing a face lift very old bathrooms comfortable beds. Patchy service, great public transport. OMG all doors slam making trying to sleep impossible as all doors slam loudly as people go about their day. Enjoyed the pool.

They were doing some repair/renovation work during our stay which made the place look less attractive, but over all, a pleasant stay with helpful and accommodating staff.

The room was neat, tidy, and modern, offering a great view from the window. Its proximity to public transport and being just a short distance from the city made it very convenient. However, I was not informed about ongoing renovations prior to my stay. That said, the pool and newly renovated areas looked fantastic.
One area for improvement would be the front entrance—if it were renovated for better accessibility, it would significantly enhance the property's overall presentation and make it more inviting.

Shortage of supplies
Very short supply of T bags and milk.
Lack of shower curtain made bathroom messy. Didn’t think $50 holding fee necessary especially with 5-7 days to be reimbursed.

Comfortable stay and great location.
Customer service was excellent. Convenient location for 15 min walk to cafes and shops in Brunswick. Property undergoing renovation but did not impact us. Bathroom had a shower in bath so not good for elderly or those with mobility issues. This may change after reno. Easy parking.
