Do not stay here. Hotel is disgusting. I had black mold in my bathroom and the shower floor was peeling up. The hotel in general is run down and falling apart. Do not stay here.

Stay was good for the price. Staff was friendly and that's usually the most important factor for me. I do wish it was a bit cleaner. We had 2 rooms and one of the bath tubs didn't look like it was cleaned all the way. A couple complaints are that most of the lights in one room were missing the light bulbs and the ice machine wasn't working.

For the price I think this place is excellent. Rooms were clean and roomy but don't expect anything fancy. TV was large screen and had cable channels. The bathroom was small though. The staff and the girl at the reception were friendly. My hairdryer wasn't working and maintenance brought another one withing 15 minutes. If you are looking for an inexpensive and clean place to stay in Tulsa/Broken Arrow this is a good deal.

Reserved a suite but was told that one wasn’t available at check in. She said they didn’t have to abide by my reservation because it wasn’t made on their site. After some back and forth, they suddenly had a suite available. The room itself was dirty. The bathtub was stained blue. There was used soap with hair on it. The couch had stains on it.

WiFi was slow and completely undependable especially in the morning. Cleaning crew actually opened my room to check it while I was getting some of the breakfast downstairs. Was not happy about that, but I had failed to put a "Do not disturb" on my door I know. Still it was 3 hours before checkout. Room far from the elevator was quiet )not near the rowdy people in the bar on Saturday night). Bedding was nice and clean too. Considering the price, it was a real good deal compared crazy rates many in the area are asking for same basics.

Girl at front desk could hardly speak English, at check in she tells me there is a $67 deposit for each room, but according to hotels.com the deposit is $50 deposit. So I have no idea what the extra $34 was for. Then I was told that because we used the wash cloths there would be a $30 charge!
The pool was not in service. Beds were uncomfy. Breakfast looked pitiful so we didn't eat. Will not stay here again

Blood on the bed and rips, asked for new bedding and it also had stuff on it. In the room nothing worked from the lamps to the plug, bad internet. Breakfast would run out and then take forever to get more. All around not a good stay!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room they put us in was dirty and the bathtub faucet was broken. The hot water would not come on at all. The lights did not work. It was disgusting. They moved us to a room with water. The lights still didn’t work. Several things were broken. The receptionist came into our room at MIDNIGHT screaming and waking us from a dead sleep saying we didn’t belong there and needed to leave. I then reminded her she had moved our room herself to which she was like “oh yeah” and just turned around and left. I didn’t sleep the rest of the night terrified that whoever she tried to check into our room would come back in. Our keys did not work. I asked her to fix them and she asked me which room, I told her, then she just made the key without asking for id or confirming it was my room. Then it worked for only one single use. The balcony door would not lock. The elevator floor was rotting out. The ceiling tiles in the hall were missing. Honestly if you are looking for a trap house, you found it. Absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER go back and will warn anyone I know to avoid it like the plague. I feel like I need a tetanus shot from that experience.
