Nice stay but was packed with tours and tourists and got chaotic and noisy in the dining hall, lobby and onsen resting areas. Front desk staff were helpful and breakfast buffet were excellent. Could have been a much better experience only if the hotel was less crowded and noisy.

A famous onsen hotel brand so the onsen is good. They provide free ramen every night which is nice. However there are limited dining options around the hotel and Furano is a ghost town at night, so it’s good to have a car to drive around for food and shopping. Hotel staffs are nice but cannot speak English well.
