Family and pet friendly, free breakfast, plenty of parking, convenient location. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very old and tired facilities andtorn curtains. Stained furniture, carpet, and sheets, damaged/peeling bathroom door and fixtures are old. Clearly being cleaned well by staff but the entire place needs overhaul. Scores 2 for facilities and ok overall.

The property is not clean and even when you ask for housekeepimg in your room they Wiill just make the bed. There was not really cleaning of the sink, surfaces or vaccumimg.

It was a decent, clean property. The sidewalks still needed to be shoveled from the snow the previous day. There was a poor dog, that scratched and cried at it's door for every little noise.
