6/10 Good

The stay was okay until we had a roach in our room
Lola, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good place to stay and priced decent

I was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet. The pool was nice. The room was decent. Staff were helpful. Only issues were no liquid soap in shower, the microwave tripped the tv. I will stay again. Thank you.
Louise, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Grim looking hotel in a fairly bleak location, but big, comfortable room and immaculately clean.
Ian, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Pre registration is a farce

Pre registration was not useful. I did it online and still had to fill out paperwork when I arrived as well as submit my credit card and driver's licence again. What was the point.
1-night trip

4/10 Fair

A traveling trip, so it worked, but it was dirty and not a safe feeling in the area.
Diane, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

I would have given it a poor except for the fact it had CCTv cameras. Bikes stolen right out front. Very dicey area.

Awful

Disgusting. I will never use Ramada by Wyndham again. Or the Hotels.com app either for that matter. Terrible experience. Never again.

Run down hotel

It's kind of a get what you pay for situation. The hotel is pretty dumpy, but it's also very inexpensive. If I were to travel to this area again, I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere better
Sonya, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The rooms are very dirty. They said it’s non-smoking but the smoke smell. The clothes are not clean square thank you
Jignesh, 2-night trip

HORRIBLE

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been it. The room literally smelled like a dead body. Bugs crawling on the floor, shower and tub were used and not cleaned. Absolutely awful
Jeffrey, 1-night trip

Didn’t enjoy my stay

I hated my stay, the halleays dirty, smelled, the room was dirty, spider webs, not even sure the bed sheets were changed, hair still on the hand soap bottle. Basicaly i will never return and would like to get at least one night back $
Brian, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Easy to get to
Rose, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Awful

I was very disappointed in this location. The pictures online were nothing like the actual property. The property looked very rundown from outside and it got no better once we were on the inside. The bathroom was dirty. Two lights in the room did not work. I don’t even know how Ramada can put their name on this property.!!!!

Nice property for overnight stay.
Susan, 1-night trip

nce italian rest. near by.
joseph, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was good. And the staff was very friendly. The cleanliness (especially the floor) was a little sketchy. They need to pay a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. It’s a bit noisy but there’s not much you can do about that. I’ll give it an “ok”.
Michael, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The new owners are working hard to get the Ramada back in shape!!! If there is something you need or there is something wrong just tell them!!!!!
J, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Disgusting

Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find the room in unacceptable and unhygienic condition. Specifically, “the bed linens were visibly stained,” “there was a foul odor in the room,” “the bathroom was dirty, toilet disgusting , feces smeared and had mold,” cigarette burns throughout etc. These conditions were not only unpleasant but also failed to meet basic cleanliness and hospitality standards. I left immediately 8/16 and checked out. Completely unacceptable conditions. They also denied a refund and held my deposit although I checked out.
Heather, 2-night trip

"RUN!"

Dirt, hair, broken room doors are just some of the headline items from arguably the worst hotel I've ever visited. The photos are misleading; I fell for that trap and must be a cautionary tale for you all. How dirty is this hotel? My once white socks are now black after walking around my room. I had to be moved three times due to dirt and an insane amount of hair left by previous customers before eventually giving up any hope of this hotel having 'satisfactory' as a label. I could honestly go on, but what's the point? Do not stay here under any circumstance. Anything would be better than this sorry excuse for accommodation.
Lewis, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The staff was nice enough but I honestly have no idea how Ramada by Wyndham could allow this dump to have their franchise name on this property. We saw I-beams separating from the concrete that hold up the second level, the pool was gross, and there was mold in the room. I wish I could be nicer, but we were actually a bit scared to be there.
Julia, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice stay

Nice stay for a one nighter
Larry, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst place I can recall staying at. Dirty, bad location, cobwebs stretched from desk to chair, water trail from bathroom to fridge, etc. Door had gap and was not secure. HORRIBLE! Do not consider staying here.
