It is a safe place in a good location, it is close to Universal's City Walk, you can walk there, the room was nice, it had a coffee maker but it was not working. This palce is advisable to be close to one of the meeting points for the Tours that go to the Space Center.

I loved the place and everything, there was just something that I didn't like, it was a bit noisy, but after that it was incredible.

My room was clean but only one towel, so I had to ask for another. I am a big guy and need a bigger towel. The staff was friendly and super nice. I had to leave early, and they refunded my unused day without any problems. There is a steak house connected and it was a great option to not have to drive for dinner. The location is right off of I-4 so that was super handy.

It was possibly the most absolutely disgusting hotel I have prolly ever stayed in the bed was a queen when were supposed to have a king pulled the sheets back and and the sheets were dirty with dirt and l black spots in the bed the bathroom had mold in it the floor was gross to walk on there was ants in the bathroom we were switched rooms and got the right sized bed but besides that nothing was anything better we ended up buying sheets and pillows from Walmart and pillows because those were a joke the towels had dirt spots and hair on them I can go on all day it was a horrible experience I would have rather sleep in the car

Location is really good, very close to universal, but that’s mostly it. When me and my daughter got to the hotel room, the tv wasn’t working, there were bugs in the bathroom, I had to go down to the lobby to get towels because there were non in the room, hallways smelled bad, and the room did too.
