Yes AC was good employees very courteous cleaning was lazy half bed made sheets I had to ask to change . Blood stained . One lady said usually people who stay for more than 3 days bring their own stuff. One hard working man was late after dinner he cleaned carpet. That Made my day. After cleaning lady dragged 2 rooms something on her shoes . At least they are honest. I got my deposit back for 0 damages.

Pretty run down needs renovation badly. Breakfast options are toast and cereal, can hear neighbors thankfully mine were relatively quiet. On the positive the bed is clean and nice. I would only stay here if a short stay ie working not vacationing.

Clean, comfortable bed, functional shower, and good AC. A little outdated, but you get what you pay for. Overall, pretty good night stay. 8 out of 10. Definitely would recommend for a quick stay.

The place is far from decent. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. You hear people thru the walls, see light around the door and the breakfast forces you to go out to eat. But if you want to be in Hillsborough it’s do able

We’ve stayed here about 10 years ago. The renovations and new furniture has helped immensely. They do need to clean along baseboard and top of shower yo clear out mold. Beds are very comfortable

Lot of facility upgrades are done inside hotel and rooms, carpets, colors, room curtains, bathrooms etc. Tagged to Wyndam Hotel Ext. For the nightly rates for this price this is good one.

Check-in was rough. First, I was given a key to a room that was not cleaned yet so when I walked all the way back to the front desk with all my luggage, I was given another key to a different room and that key didn’t work to open the door, so I walked back to the front desk again, to get the correct key Also, during my checkout time while I was packing up my things, there was a roach crawling on the wall. Other than that, that was comfy, they provided enough towels. The bathroom was clean. It smelled good. Was disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. And I didn’t see really anyone maintaining it so that was a disappointment. Other than that I may or may not stay again

The cleaning staff was prompt. The breakfast bar only consisted of bread, cereal, milk, yogurt and juice everyday. There were no changes in the breakfast bar. Some days all the breakfast options were not restocked. The wifi was slow and not working in all rooms. This hotel is good for a short stay (maximum two nights).

Well maintained bed and good service but the conditions of bath tub and shower was bad. Toilet seat was loose. Ironing facility in room was provided. Light lamps had power points but gave shock sometimes. WiFi was unsecured. Breakfast was very minimal with no variety in our 5 nights stay. Also the toaster was in damaged condition. Location with parking facilities is good. Also their contract to sign had some very unprofessional and rude wordings. Wish they could improve further as it will improve their rating.

Rooms luck of the draw, no service dogs

First, I was there a for two nights with my service dog. First night I check in they don’t want to see the dogs papers. Second night they need her papers, ask illegal questions about my disability tell me that I’m not blind so the dog isn’t a service dog. The kid at the front desk calls his manager and is told he isn’t blind don’t let him stay. I get mad and make him call back putting me on the phone. I had to remind him about HIPPA laws and then I was allowed to stay but just the one night. The room was clean overall the room door lets light in from the side and bottom. One night the beds were firm the other night they were not. It seems luck of the draw with rooms. You hear people’s conversations in the other rooms and more. Next time I’ll go 15 minutes away to Bridgewater for a nicer place.
