Hotel is nice and good located. Check in and out was fast and staff was very kind and professional. Rooms are nice but not clean perfectly and there was some bad odor which was coming from toilet all the time (5th floor). Generally good business hotel but not real 5 stars. Parking was a problem, not used to not having a valet waiting outside. Had to go inside and inquire for an attendant, after that, it was seamless. Didn’t get to check out breakfast buffet ( morning meeting ran too late), but in-hotel restaurant was pretty good, just a slowish service. Seems like it was a pretty posh place because noticed at least 2 known tv personalities there.

Rather disappointing stay

Waited 15mins at check in as the room was not available. Nice, clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. We headed out to the city for leisure. Upon return at around 8pm, we discovered that the room was situated immediately below the hard-floor end of the hotel’s ‘Club Lounge’. Constant footsteps and catering noise from when we returned until the lounge fully wound-up at 11pm. We did our best to drown that noise out with louder than optimum TV sound. Breakfast quality was disappointing. In catering for a large throughput, prepared offerings are somewhat unattractive and, for a city with so many fresh pastry outlets, the bread, baguettes and croissants were, seemingly, frozen/defrosted versions. Scrambled egg is that yucky constituted stuff but you can ask the chef to cook specific requests if you’re happy wait in the queue. All in, a bit of a downer for our last night in Poland and not what we expected of a Sheraton 5-star hotel.
