Very uncomfortable beds but nice hotel

It was overall a nice hotel. I would go there again. The ONLY reason it got a 4 star and not 5 is because the beds were VERY uncomfortable. The mattresses are very hard. It's almost as bad as sleeping on the floor but other than that it was nice. And the pool was very nice.

Maybe not blood red.

We weren't expecting much and we weren't disappointed. Staff was nice, room was clean. They painted the headboard wall as a focal wall in blood red so we jokingly called it "the murder room". We woke up not feeling well and got worse, we cancelled second night but they couldn't give money back, had to go through corporate. The pool was nice.

It was okay

The mirrors were streaked and very dirty there were yellow stains in the towels cockroaches crawling on the mirror and lamp shades but other than that the room was nice and comfortable we killed the few cockroaches and just didn’t end up using the dirty towels (lucky we brought our own lol) but it was a good stay and good prices . Excellent service as well I would stay again but I’m bringing bug spray 😆.

WiFi is the only thing I didn’t like. My computer wouldn’t let me connect because their certificate is out of date. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Better than the average hotel that charges over $100 more for a free crappy breakfast.

Don't stay here!!! Do not recommend!

Mattress cover and base sheet were horribly blood stained! The rest of the bedding was wrinkled and disheveled. The room smelled nasty. The desk clerk was apologetic and kind. He called staff in immediately to clean. We were given another room which smelled and looked clean. There was no coffee pot and hair dryer did not work. Unfortunately, this was our only choice. We discovered the next morning the shower did not work! This hotel was not at all as advertised. No continental breakfast, pool was closed...not that we would have chanced either.

Pay a couple extra dollars to stay anywhere else.

Found a roach on the console, which didn't have a TV, had to squash it, confirmed it was a roach. Abysmal conditions, sink had all kinds of dead bugs and debris, tub similarly but also filled with dust bunnies. Reserved room for 3, only had two sets of towels. Check in went smoothly, but the desk gave me a hard time about two extra pillows, when again, I had three people on two beds, with only two pillows per bed. I figured seven pillows across 3 people was not a very big ask, and pressed them until they gave in. No continental breakfast, filthy staircase, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Checkout was fast and easy.
