O espaço físico é muito bom. A garagem é ótima. Mas o colchão já passou da hora de ser trocado. Muito mole. A recepção está com um pulverizador de perfume de baunilha insuportável. O café da manhã é fraco. Alguns hóspedes insistem em fumar nos corredores do hotel deixando um cheiro insuportável. O ar condicionado é difícil de ajustar.

O apart hotel tem tudo para ser excelente, porém os aparelhos de ar condicionado são extremamente barulhentos, o que incomoda bastante na hora de dormir.
