The hotel was amazing and the staff was super friendly. This was a birthday trip for my wife and everything was excellent! We enjoyed every second of our stay here. Some reviews were concerning regarding staff continuously offering a presentation for time share. This only happened once when we arrived, we were never approached again. Foods are not exceptional other than the stackhouse restaurent. I expected to delicious foods for being a 5 star resort. Drinks are also okay, nothing crazy. Stuffs are good and friendly. Coral level at Iberostar Selection Bavaro was something great! It was a true 5 star experience! The personnel was super friendly, our concierge, Leo was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed; bartenders, waitresses and especially the cook that was checking the food and talking to customers were very friendly and provided a great service! Food, drinks, everything was a great quality that we were pleasantly surprised with (our previous experience in a different hotel in Punta Cana was not good at all, that’s why we didn’t expect much). The beach was amazing, very little seaweed some days. The evening entertainment specifically at Coral level bar area was really nice and cozy, it was like a private party with great performers! Overall, this hotel was awesome! Highly recommend!
