I checked out in the middle of the night. Saw 2 roaches. The comforter had stains. The bathtub leaked into the whole room. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The wall beside my bed was just open, like a piece of the wall was literally gone. Just awful, and roaches are an absolutely not for me.

We love that the hotel is pet free! It was so much cleaner than the hotels that allowed animals and had many allergens and smelled musty. This hotel was fresh and clean, and we will definitely stay again as long as the no pet policy is in place. Thank you!!

Reservation was for king with roll in shower. Staff claimed that info from you stated accessible but did not include “roll in shower”. A staff member went up to the room to confirm it was roll in shower. She verified it was and then left for the day. I went to the room carrying my bags and found the room was not a roll in shower. My husband would not stay as he could not shower. We left and did not stay. The staff member at the desk said the one they have was currently occupied.
