Horrifying

Do not stay here! This hotel stank of cigarette smoke. The people hanging around were very scary and appeared to be on drugs. The room was filthy with falling down floor moulding. I didnt even want to se anything down. I felt very unsafe. We checked out immediately!

Room was awful

Staff was great and outside of hitel was great. room was the worst ive ever stayed in. Walls were dirty. No light in the bedroom area... no fixture and no lamp so no option for light. There was ine towel in the room. We had 3 people so i asked for more and was given one more because thats all they had. Bed only had a sheet. Parking lot had a lot of sketchy people loitering. We got what sleep we could and left.

Terrible. You cant check in early at all not just because its extra but because there is no one at the desk. Also additional fees for early and late check out. Place wreaked of weed and piss. Unnatural since of danger. Two rooms i was shown, one smelled of sandlewood and Cigarette smoke. The second had visibly lumpy beds and a huge horse fly landed on the bed as i walked in. Paint pulling away in spots from water damage

there was no phone to the front desk, no cup for water, no waste basket, no wifi in the room, ugly bathroom with mold. Do not stay here. Had to stay 1 night and cancelled the rest.

Entire hotel smelled like dogs and cigarettes. Wall paper was peeled, no blanches on bed, unknown substance on floor and refrigerator. Mold in bathtub. No toilet papers. Ants, spiders, roaches in room. I had to get out there and checked out without staying. Front guy was nice and apologetic. Not his fault. But it was horrible.

The front desk gave us a customer service number & told us to call for a refund. The front desk guy was nice, but it would have been nice to have some communication about the place being overbooked. From a messed up reservation it didn’t get better

Did not have a room for us set aside despite two months reservations. Were sent to an occupied room twice. Staff checked a third room which was open. Room had a plywood covered window. Room was clean but not much furniture. Messed up reservation was inexcusable. The rest was a hotel that didn’t live up to its online reputation.

Waited 15 minutes to an empty front desk waiting for someone to check me in. Once I got the room keys walking through the hallways was sketchy. I walked into the room and walked right out, dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen with my 2 eyes, bed sheets were literally covered in stains. Tv was literally broken, one of the headboards was ripped off. And the entire room, actually the entire hotel smelled like smoke. This hotel is a place we’re kids get rooms to throw they’re parties, if you are visiting out of town to not even think about staying here

Apparently renovation is taking place but no evidence of it. Just a run down hotel that isn't ready for guests. Basics missing from the room - No comforter, no trashcan, no microwave or coffee maker despite what was in the listing. Room was soulless, with boards barely covering holes in the wall. Fitness centre is closed.

We made reservations and paid at least a week in advance we arrived and they tell us they are booked. Gave us an 800 number told us to call tried calling and technical difficulties. Called Monday the lady acted like she didn’t believe me and told us they would have to investigate. Kinda glad we didn’t stay there after we got to the property and seen it and seen some of the people hanging around there we were not impressed at all. It looks like people are living there which I understand but keep your property cleaned up. Guy at the front desk acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there.
