Two night stay with my kids for spring break. The staff here is very friendly, rooms are clean (despite some wear and tear) and the location is great for exploring the city. Only downsides are that parking is VERY expensive ($45 per night!) and even though the rooms are spacious, there are double beds instead of queens, which when traveling with kids, make for a less than comfortable night's sleep.

Location offers easy access to seawall for walking. Dining room service and food were quite good. Concierge service was helpful. Stop for the BC Connector Bus was a bonus. What was missing was a lamp on the room desk.
