Comfortable place to stay

Check-in was easy, cleanliness was noted, and staff were friendly. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable. Breakfast options were minimal but well stocked. Would recommend this hotel to anybody coming into the Edmonton area and needing a place to stay.

The hard bed and lumpy pillows made for a terrible sleep. Overall, the room was clean and the service was excellent. Definitely time to replace the mattresses and pillows though.

The front desk staff were great. However, the room was not clean… hair in the tub and on the towels. I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned while I was out and exchange the towels and it was not done. Room has stains, hot tub jets barely work and there is a musty odor throughout the hotel.
