The staff and service were amazing, friendly, welcoming, worthy of a five star rating. The hotel room itself was very outdated, low quality, desperate need of upgrades making it overall low. Continental breakfast was meh. Waterslide made it worth it, genuinely pet friendly. Good value for the deal we got on our room but would never pay full price for what you get. Upgrade with some Reno’s and pair that with the service and this would be the only place I would stay, but for now it’s unfortunately worthy of the 2 star rating it has.

This was part of a longer trip. I moved from a smaller room to a bigger room as more people were meeting with me for the remainder of trip. The bigger room was cleaner, nicer and had better AC. Great location for the room and the building. The cleaner had an awful attitude but the front staff were nice and helpful. Great parking, great location, great value for my money. I appreciated the daily cleaning of my room. Will def rent here again.

Concert and family weekend

Rooms were comfortable though a bit tight in the doorway/Bath area. Clean, quiet and good wifi. Continental breakfast was waffles, toast or bagels with hard boiled eggs for protein. Not ideal for a diabetic. There is a restaurant on the premises which had more variety. Seemed to be a bit of vagrant traffic around the front doors which was not ideal but were generally not aggressive or annoying but not comfortable for the wife. Open area between the building for pets to run and do their business. Included hurdles, a ramp and frame for them to play in which was good.

Pet friendly but not so friendly pets! Rooms are very noisy as are the hallways. The air conditioner was very noisy and dirty so had to unplug it. The pillows are either lumpy or hard and there were three to pick from. Beds were creaky. The back board of the beds were made from some kind of woven fabric and had a lot of unknown stains on them. Tried to find the hotel at night and the outside signs were not lit up. The water slide was not in working order but didn’t tell you until you reserved a room. “Breakfast included” means continental breakfast and the kitchen worker says only one waffle per guest! Also has a hidden fee charged to your credit card of two hundred bucks.

First night our AC didnt work, middle of august not ideal, the staff did move us rooms which was nice but the room was worse. Dirt everywhere, shower had little to no water pressure. Never saw a cleaning lady in the 4 days we were there, although their carts always seemed to be in the hallways. Had to request towels, toilet paper and garbage change multiple times. The pool was awful, very musky looking water & the smell after was awful. Only filled about waste deep on my 9 year old.. The waterslide was unfortunately "being worked on" the 4 days we were there so no advice on that. The breakfast buffet was down a hallway in a tiny room stuffed with people. There is also a "dog park" in between the buildings which happen to be conviently located beside the windows so between the dogs barking & the people screaming & sirens all night. Recommend keeping the window closed. Location is very close to west Edmonton mall, south common and lots of little strip malls.

The location is quite convenient. It's couple minutes away from restaurants (Wendy's/McDonald's/Pho) and Walmart. The condition is the hotel wasn't great. Our room had an odd sour smell and was very noticeable when we first got in. The furniture feels dirty and dusty. The hallway of the hotel was dark and gloomy. I booked this hotel because of the water park slide, but was later told that it is under maintenance and cannot be used. The air conditioner is at the most weird position in the room, which is right by one of the beds. So whoever sleep at the bed by the A/C gets super cold, while people in the other bed might be not cool enough if we increase the temperature. Free breakfast was included but we didn't even had a chance to have it. The breakfast room is crowded with other people and the waffle machine was out of order. The most ridiculous thing is when we were requesting for more toilet paper and box tissues, as we ran out in the room, we were told they are running low of toilet paper and were not given any. We were only given the box tissues to use. There were plenty of parking though, and we were still able to find a spot even we return late in the evening. Front desk staffs were nice and helpful.
