I'd stay again

Pleasant enough place to stay. Close to the Ring Road, so easy to get to where we needed to be on Sat & Sun. I prefer something more solid for breakfast, and the location was such that the Service Road out front of the hotel wraps right around to a McDonalds on the west side or a Denny's just past Moxies to the east. Dead easy to do either way, then on with the day.

The room was ok - clean except the air conditioner which looked like it had not. Even cleaned for a long time. Hotel grounds were unkempt with hundreds of cigarette butts just outside the side door.Vagrants also hanging around the backside of the property.

BAD Neighborhood

They are trying, which is why I gave 2 stars. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; they're trying to upgrade the building. HOWEVER, the neighborhood is terrible, not good for families. Breakfast was not good. Shower wasn't able to adjust temperature and it was HOT, could potentially hurt a small child. Sorry guys :( Won't be staying here again, especially where there are better options just down the road.

Would no stay ever again

You get what you pay for! We were just passing through and the room was so small we had to squeeze past each other. No room in the bathroom to put our stuff. The breakfast area was like a prison cafeteria, no decor and bleach smell. Bad coffee and no creamer. The only good part was that the pastries were good!

Good option for a short stay

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for resting. We would have appreciated more frequent housekeeping service, as it would enhanced our overall experience. We truly appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff, who for example let us use the printer for important documents. Recommended for short days or as a stopover on the way to another destination.
