This was the hotel that exceeded my initial expectations. The room was cozy, but clean. The public bath was nice and clean. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered very nice food. The hotel is in front of Kamogawa Sea World. It was about 5-minute walk to it. We were grateful that the hotel allowed us to keep our car in their parking lot after the check-out as long as we come back by 3pm. This eliminated our headache of having to park our car at the Sea World. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we'll go back if we ever return to that area.

Overall the stay was good. The room did not have a shower or bath and I realized it after booking a room “with toilet”. The concept seems that they rely on people going to the public bath located on the first floor and seventh floor for showering and bath. There is a room without toilet, too. So, be sure to select a room with a toilet and shower box if you can. The location is 22 minutes by foot from Awa Kamogawa Station, but you can simply take a cab, about 650 to 850 yen. Breakfast add-on is great if you like lots of choices of Japanese food. Make sure to add it when booking as it is much more expensive to add on at the hotel.

今年リニューアル済みとあって館内はすっきりとして清潔で過ごしやすかったです。夕食ビュッフェもなめろうや干物串、シュラスコなどのこだわった品揃えで楽しめました。シーワールドも目の前で歩いて海岸にも行けます。お値段をふまえるととても満足度が高かったです。

素敵な滞在をありがとうございました。食事はバイキング形式ですが、夕食時は１時間限定されていたのには少々驚きました。食事時にトレーをひっくり返して大事を起こしてしまったのですが、すぐさま係の方が駆けつけてくださり、事なきを得ました。迅速かつ親身な対応に感謝です。

1階のお風呂の場所がとてもわかり辛かった。部屋にお風呂がない事と、洗面にもお湯をためることもできないタイプだったので、部屋がとても乾燥してみんな喉をやられ、翌日風邪で調子を崩し帰宅後みんな寝込みました。ご飯はとてもよかったです。

施設は素晴らしいけど、もったいないこと！

施設もお部屋もとても素敵で中庭には火を焚いててゆっくり過ごせました。が、もったいないと思うところを何点か。最近旅行に行く事が多く色んなホテルに泊まらせて頂いてます。そんな中、今回のホテルも綺麗で良かったのですが、残念なところを少し書きたいと思います。まずロビーや部屋にコーヒーがない事。今はロビーにコーヒーが無料で置いてるところが殆どです。部屋にも煎茶しかなく買いに行きました。出さないのであればラウンジでお金取ってでもコーヒーや紅茶、ケーキなど置いて欲しい。せっかく素敵な中庭があるので… 次に大きく気持ち良い大浴場　HPを見ていったので良かったですが、化粧水などが置いてない。今は日帰り温泉にでも置いてあるものがない。持ってきてない人も居て困ってました。綿棒や櫛もなく、ロビーにブラシはあったけど櫛も置いて欲しいです。そして浴槽の方に自分で持ち込んだ物を置く棚が無く、みんな私物をカランに置きっぱなしにするしかなく、後から来た人がカランを使えない。地べたに洗顔料や洗顔ネットを置いてる人も居ましたが不衛生です。これは言い難いことですが、ロビーの方とても親切で良いのですが、ロビーはホテルの顔です。年齢が高くても全く構いませんが、第一印象がすべての接客業です。もう少し身だしなみを整えるべきです髪の毛を染めたりアップにしたり清潔感が大切色々失礼なことを書き込みましたが、亀の井ホテル初めて宿泊し、施設などとても気に入りメンバーズカードも作らせてもらいました。少しでも参考にしていただけたら幸いですそして海側指定部屋でしたが、目の前の松が伸び過ぎて海見えませんでした(≧∀≦)

全体的にリニューアルがなされていて部屋も大浴場も全て綺麗で気持ちが良く、バランスの良いホテルです。食事もバイキングですが和食系は朝夕共に全て美味しかったです。唯一、洋食系がイマイチなのが残念でしたが和食好きの我が家としては大変満足しました。

フロント対応3流

フロントの最初の対応が声が小さくまたお客様の意見を聞こうとせず一方的な説明で終わりまた声が大きいと注意された。最近のホテルはこのような対応なのだろうか？それからウォシュレットの水が出ず、フロントに伝えて確認に来たが、その対応はウォシュレットの水が出ませんね。それだけであった。最後に食事料金の一部をサービスしていたが、それだけである。食事は満足でしたが、もう二度と利用しないと思う

洋室でもドアを開けると上框になっていて、土足感がなく、くつろぐことができた。大浴場に行くためのカゴバッグがあるのも嬉したかった。お料理も地元のお魚や豚肉、落花生などの農産物をたくさん取り入れ、また、なめろうなど地元ならではのメニューもあって楽しく美味しく味わった。

スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかった 1Fにある大浴場が遠く行き方が難しいが、ロビーで道筋を教えてくださったスタッフの方が顔を覚えてくれて、食事に行く際に再度会った時「大浴場行けましたか？」と気にかけてくれた
