This is the third time I booked this hotel in the last month. The first time, correct room, no issues other than trying to locate the hotel. 2nd time, room that I booked was unavailable, I had requested an accessible room as I have mobility issues., None were available on the first floor. I asked if there was an elevator, there is but is out of order. I cancelled my reservations, and went to another hotel. 3rd time, I had reserved was not available, they moved me to a room with 2 queens. When I opened the door, there were no sheets on the bed, trash was not emptied and the table by the door was out of place. They did put me in a different room, again this one was not accessible and once again this one was not on the first floor and the elevator was still out of order. The week prior I did speak to them about this and 2 future reservations because of the issues I had at that time. I have since cancelled any future reservations and have no plans of making any reservations at this hotel. In addition to this, it is hard to find when it is dark and the large sign outside the building is not illuminated. I told the clerk on the first visit how difficult it was to get there, they asked if I saw the sign. I told them the lights were not working in the sign. 3 weeks later, they still are not working. The street is not marked well for the road going to the hotel
