No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Definitely not up to the stateside Ritz Carlton level. You have to call for room service when they conveniently forget your room, and even then they are stingy with towels. The club level is mediocre at best. Food selections were minimal, lukewarm, not very fresh. $2500 in added fees on the tail end check out for seven days was just insult to injury never again..
