All my visits here have been in the extremely hot Low Season. Front desk staff is pleasant enough, but not the bubbly I'm accustomed to in most properties I've stayed. Room was clean and roomy. Pool was cleaner than every other visit I've had here, which a good thing bc I've seen it pretty bad. This is a really pleasant and quiet property to stay midweek, at a great price point for what's offered, and location. I've been periodically staying here since it first opened, and I'll continue to do so.

The pool is amazing and great for a family swim. Little to no restrictions in the pool area. Any bed or chair are open, and I think the cabanas are too. The ground patio rooms are great for the pool access. Easy to door dash food to the lobby, the staff are super chill about it. Great place if you want to swim into the night and relax in a nice comfortable bed.

Everything was great, my only complaints are the room were in was next to one of the exits to the parking lot. Every person that came in or out, the door would slam behind. They should fix that. And the air conditioner unit in the room would periodically make a loud sound for a minute while it kicked on. It woke me up a few times. They should fix that, also. Other than that, the place was great, the staff was great, the pool was great, the restaurant was great.

2nd time coming back to visit this hotel, the pool was my favorite spot to relax and unwind. However I would say most of the furniture has rust around them, it needs some update. When we arrived in our room we saw a lot of stains around the doors and the table felt it needed to be clean as well had a lot of stains as well. Definitely needs a lot of more maintenance required in the hotel.
