Rooms need a facelift. My futon couch was broken. Also- a futon in the suit was an off piece of furniture. I’d stay here again. The restaurant was delicious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The place was ok.
It was a bit run down.
The king size bed turned out to be a queen.
The hot and cold spigot was reversed and it burned me.
Three of the five lights in the room didn’t work.
The bathtub stopper didn’t work.
The food was so so…nothing to write home about. Also worth mentioning is that they use plastics when you order room service…not sustainable or environmentally conscious.
The pool however was absolutely fantastic. Deep and saltwater. Excellent.

We had such a great stay at The Saguaro! They let us check in early at no extra cost and even allowed us to enjoy the pool while our room was being prepared, which was a huge plus. We needed extra robes and they sent them up right away, super quick and easy. The staff was genuinely friendly, the amenities were great, and the pool and hot tubs were spotless with plenty of loungers available.
My kids especially loved the bright, colorful vibe of the hotel, and they were so excited that they each got a big, comfy robe to wear to the pool. It made it feel extra special for them. Overall, such a smooth and fun experience. We will definitely come back.
