Never again!

We pay a decent amount to stay at hotels and when we do we expect it to at least be clean, with that being said, it was not. The bed sheets and skirt looked like it hadn’t even been changed out, the floor had piles of dirt as if they forgot to sweep it up, the hotel rooms themselves are super outdated and over the stay was super uncomfortable and I definitely would not be returning to this embassy suites!

I am shocked that this hotel even appears on hotels.com. This is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced. Dilapidated, dirty, understaffed, ragged and smelly. Do not go hear.

My Family and I enjoyed the stayed. We liked the atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming to me and my grandkids. The room was very spacious. The Beds were very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and we swam in their indoor swimming pool. The Hotel was near great Park.

The door to the room got stuck and wouldn't open, once inside the room it smelled very old and musty. Everything seemed very dated and worn. The room was clean-ish, but very lacking for the price. The mattress was poor and very squeaky. Overall not a horrible place, but I wouldn't stay there again.
